We know that it can be upsetting to have to board your pets away from home, and want you to feel comfortable in choosing us as your pet care provider. Come meet our staff in person and have a look at our accommodations. Kennel tours are available at any time!

Our kennel staff takes great pride in providing the best possible care for your pet while he/she is away from home, and they regularly monitor their attitude, appetite and bathroom habits. If you ever get worried, or just want to check-in while you are away, give us a call- we welcome the chance to give you a personal update.

If your pet should require medical attention during his/her stay, our staff of veterinarians and technicians are available to meet any need. In the event of an emergency, we would like to keep you informed. At boarding admission, please be sure to leave a contact number for yourself or of someone else that could authorize treatment for your pet in the event that you cannot be reached.

Boarding Information and Additional Services:

Boarding reservations are highly recommended, as we cannot guarantee that space will be available without prior arrangement. Spring Break and Summer are especially popular times to board, as are holidays. Due to the high demand for reservations during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, we require a deposit, which is refundable with a two-week cancellation.

If your pet takes medication on a regular basis, please bring your medicine, clearly labeled with instructions. The technicians will administer medications at your direction. The fees for administering medications vary with quantity and frequency of administration.

Pet pick-up and drop-off is accommodated during regular weekday and Saturday business hours. At this time, boarding drop-off and/or pickup is not available on Sundays or on observed holidays.
